How about something beautiful - and historic? Here in Mackinac, you’re able to give your wedding a romantic past. Mackinac State Historic Parks offers six historic wedding venues to add even more romance to your already perfect day. From the gazebo used in the movie "Somewhere in Time", with Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeve; to Ste. Anne de Michilimackinac church at Colonial Michlimackinac, a reconstruction of the 18th-century church built in its exact historical location; to the restored early 19th-century Historic Mission Church on Mackinac Island, your choices are broad and unique. Walk down the “aisle” at the historic Mackinac Point Lighthouse, or after you say "I do" after a flight down a zip line at Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park. After all, it’s your wedding, your day, and yours to plan exactly the way you always dreamed…or never imagined.

I want to provide the perfect ceremony and service for you! This generally requires a phone meeting, to determine the size and scope of your wedding and ceremony - along with all the requirements to support all the aspects of your wedding (meetings/writing ceremony/rehearsal/wedding day), and all the professional support and extra help an island resident provides for your day!

We offer basic courthouse-style civil ceremonies - however for most couples - two minute vow exchange is not what they want on beautiful Mackinac Island. Basic ceremony services can be loving and meaningful, and are just slightly more in cost. And for less than 10 guests, I have two locations I can provide for your wedding - as well as witnesses!
I also provide personalized and full-custom works. Rehearsal and site logistics are never a problem! Are you in need of a mini wedding planner? Many couples have stated having me is just what they needed to coordinate many of the locations, services, and support required for their day! Retainer Fees are $250 unless otherwise instructed

Who is Rev. Brian Tuttle? I am a experienced and ordained full-time minister/wedding officiant and community volunteer. I have a high level of experience as a public speaker, and a talent for writing beautiful and inspirational custom or highly personalized wedding ceremonies. , I can make your ceremony the memory of a lifetime! This is your special day - don’t make a mistake hiring the cheapest Officiant you can find. Many Officiants are all alike – in their presentation and ceremony offerings as well. But the best are rare, and although not the lowest in price – they are well worth the price, considering the quality, support, and content they provide! I truly feel I’m one of the best qualified for your day! And you want the best, because a mistake or poor performance here costs much more than money….it costs your memories, and your embarrassment in front of family and friends.

I perform both religious and non-religious wedding ceremonies, and also can assist with denominational and interfaith weddings. My upbringing and education were all set in the Lutheran Church , but I also have experience with the Catholic Church and other Christian denominations. I also can provide and perform Spiritual, Buddhist, and many types of ‘Themed’ ceremonies. I do not judge your religious beliefs, or impose my requirements on your wedding. It’s your day…..it should be done your way!
